We manufacture frits, glazes and ceramic pigments for Europe’s leading tile brands, using minerals sourced from Euroarce’s own mines aas well as from selected leading suppliers.

We have a well-established industrial capacity in frit manufacturing, enabling us to offer a comprehensive range developed for all ceramic production cycles, including double firing, porous single firing, stoneware and porcelain stoneware. We produce tailor-made solutions adapted to the body, the production process and the desired aesthetic effect.

Our portfolio includes glossy and matte, transparent and opaque frits, designed to ensure consistent performance, glaze stability and production reliability, even under demanding industrial conditions.

We also have proven expertise in matte frits for the formulation of granules, engobes and single-layer glazes, where precise control of the coefficient of thermal expansion, opacity and chemical resistance is essential to guarantee toptimal final product performance.

The Color Esmalt range is complemented by specialised technical frits, including lustres and coefficient of thermal expansion adjusters for both high and very low CTE corrections.

We develop and manufacture glazes and engobes adapted to the main industrial application techniques, offering a structured range that covers the most common typologies: matte, transparent, opaque and satin finishes.

In addition to standard products, we provide high value-added developments aimed at enhancing both aesthetic and functional differentiation:

  • Metallic glazes, featuring proprietary patented technologies and consolidated industrial solutions.
  • Anti-slip surfaces, designed to meet the most demanding regulatory standards.
  • Optical and decorative-effect glazes, including the Cromalux range, which provide depth and visual dynamism to surfaces.

Our plant in L’Alcora (Castellón) features a dedicated granule productiol line, offering a wide selection of particle sizes tailored to technical requirements and taesthetic objectives. We manufacture glossy and matte granules, as well as rustic and technical solutions. Notable developments include:

  • Sugary or frosted effect (Frost range).
  • Anti-slip and protective granules for high-traffic flooring.
  • Solutions for polished and semi-polished finishes (Aquaglass range).

All Color Esmalt granules are produced from specially formulated frits, ensuring compatibility with the base glaze, mechanical strength and firing stability.

We also offer aggregates (in pellet format) that enable differentiated surface effects in ceramic products, including metallic-effect solutions.

We operate our own milling and micronizing facilities, enabling us to supply ready-to-use materials for ceramic decoration, compatible with the most common application systems.

These products are designed to create distinctive decorative effects including:

  • Mica-like and metallic effects.
  • Micro-reliefs and surface texture variations.

They enable customised tile designs while maintaining stable performance throughout the manufacturing process.

Our range of ceramic pigments is characterized by high colour intensity, colour purity and thermal stability.

We offer formulations for both traditional and digital decoration, facilitating seamless integration into glazes, engobes and inkjet inks.

We develop digital printing inks for advanced ceramic tile decoration, compatible with the main inkjet systems and printheads available on the market.

Our portfolio includes both high-intensity, high-definition pigmented inks (Inkcolor range) as well as effect inks (Th’ink range), enabling:

  • Metallic finishes, supported by exclusive Color Esmalt patents.
  • Gloss–matte contrasts.
  • Reactive and textured effects.
